Mini Drunk & Disorderly

Mini Drunk & Disorderly

Difficulty

I tied my first D&D fly and it won’t be my last! Fishing these flies results in an erratic diving action due to the unique angle of the spun deer hair head. In the spirit (get it?) of the nomenclature of the fly, I over trimmed the head; I’ll leave more collar when I tie it again. The connector bead is tiger’s eye. My grandpa taught me to fish and wore a tigers eye ring every day that I can remember. It’s not visible in the final fly, but I know it’s there. Maybe he does, too.
