Sculpin Fly
I’ve been on a body tubing kick recently; It’s such a versatile and workable material. A sculpin sounded like a great opportunity to create my own sculpin head and use the Genryuu streamer hooks from House of Fly, so I gave it a go! When I tie it again, I’ll add some additional weight (i.e. a dumbbell weight under the tubing) and I suggest you do the same if you want to tie this up! It swims great, but I think a bit of extra weight would only improve the effectiveness. For a simpler version, you can purchase pre-made heads and fins (linked below). Also, really happy with this UV Craft thin black resin – check it out!
