Chenille Sowbug
Is this little guy fancy? No. Does he swim gracefully? Also no. Was this the easiest way to tie a sowbug? Nope. Did I smile and giggle the whole time I was tying this guy up? Hell yes! The nostalgia is strong with this little isopod. While sowbugs are not technically the same as pillbugs (potato bugs or roly polys to me), they’re close enough that I was reminiscing about childhood wonder, hours outside, and the feeling of grass on my bare feet. Maybe he’ll bring back some fond memories for you, too!
