Glass Squid
As it stands now, we anticipate the eye of Hurricane Milton passing directly over She Ties Flies HQ (my house). I’m both in awe of nature’s ability to form order from chaos (have you SEEN how organized this storm is??) and worried for our Tampa Bay area, and everyone who’ll be impacted so swiftly on the heels of Hurricane Helene. SO, I made a squid. Tying flies helps me feel calm, and in control of the tiny universe that exists at the tip of my vise jaws. I hope these videos bring you the same peace. See you on the other side!
