Marabou Madness
If you’ve spent any time picking through packs of marabou, you know it’s not always easy to find good ones—matted or undersized feathers seem way too common. Fulling Mill’s premium marabou stands out—always full, clean, and available in a beautiful range of colors – perfect for this snook fly.
I high tied the tail à la Josh Idol of Two Aught Fly Fishing Co (tutorial here: https://twoaught.com/step-by-step-marabou-madness/) and added eyes for a (hopefully) irresistible snook snack. As I write this, we’re about to head out on the skiff to test it out!
