Micro Fluttering Caddis
There’s something so charming about tiny details. I was digging through some materials last week and ran across some teeny hooks that were just begging to be put to use! Since meeting Barry Ord Clarke at the EWF show in Germany (a scholar and a gentleman, if you’re wondering), and picking up his new book, I’ve been excited to try one of the patterns therein. In true Erin fashion, I decided to challenge myself and try my first wally wings on a micro scale (and doubled)! When I finished, my eyes were strained, but my smile was wide.
