We want you to love everything you purchase from She Ties Flies. Because our shop includes both handmade items and print-on-demand products, different return guidelines apply depending on what you purchased. Please read the details below.
1. Print-On-Demand Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Stickers, etc.)
Many of our apparel and merchandise items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Change of preference
Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To start a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
Once received, we will submit the claim to our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Important Note About Returns
All returns for print-on-demand items must be initiated through She Ties Flies.
Our fulfillment partners cannot accept returns sent directly to them and are unable to assist customers directly. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or lost.
2. Handmade Flies & Items Shipped Directly From Us
Some products in our shop—such as handmade flies, small-batch creations, or items shipped directly from our studio—are final sale due to their handcrafted nature and fragility.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or handled flies

Custom or made-to-order flies

Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
If Your Handmade Item Arrives Damaged
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
3. Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, especially for made-to-order merchandise.
Once your claim is approved, we will provide:

4. Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees are refunded only if the issue resulted from our error

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
If you need a different size, color, or design for a print-on-demand product, please place a new order.
6. Digital Products
All digital products (patterns, downloads, videos, guides, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable.
