3. Handmade Items
Handmade flies and similar items are created individually. Each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance.
Handmade items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
4. Print-On-Demand Merchandise
Many apparel and merchandise items are produced on demand by our fulfillment partners.
Because these products are custom-made for each customer, She Ties Flies cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Preference changes
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days so we can submit a claim and arrange a replacement.
All returns for print-on-demand items must be initiated through She Ties Flies.
Our production partners cannot assist customers directly or accept unauthorized returns.
5. Digital Products
All digital products—including downloads, videos, PDFs, and patterns—are final sale.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of digital content is prohibited.
